Deodorant

N50 deodorant breaks down odours in waste containers at any time while spreading the fragrance for a long period of time. It continuously locks in and breaks down odour-producing substances such as ammonia and hydrogen sulphide in cat droppings, preventing odours from spreading.

N50 Deodoriser

The PETKIT deodorizer is designed for the PETKIT PURA MAX automatic litter box. It can effectively control odours.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Orders placed between 4 pm and 5 pm on Friday are due for processing by the following Monday.

The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. If an item goes on back order, we will ship separate parts of your order. You will not be charged with additional shipping and handling fee for the back-order shipment. 

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has a manufacturer defect
  • Product has passed its expiry date on the date received 
  • The wrong product was delivered

You will need to request for a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Beyond 14 days, we will not accept any requests for return and exchange. When we receive the item back in the original packaging, a replacement will be sent. All shipping costs incurred will be covered by us.
