Use the PETKIT app to customize your pet's feeding schedule and with its multiple fresh lock protection, you can be assured that the kibbles will always be delivered fresh! The Solo feeder also features a clog-free design, 304 stainless steel bowl, back-up battery supply and remote interconnection which allows you to control the app even while you're away.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Orders placed between 4 pm and 5 pm on Friday are due for processing by the following Monday.

The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. If an item goes on back order, we will ship separate parts of your order. You will not be charged with additional shipping and handling fee for the back-order shipment. 

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has a manufacturer defect
  • Product has passed its expiry date on the date received 
  • The wrong product was delivered

You will need to request for a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Beyond 14 days, we will not accept any requests for return and exchange. When we receive the item back in the original packaging, a replacement will be sent. All shipping costs incurred will be covered by us.
