Politique de remboursement
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- Product has a manufacturer defect
- Product has passed its expiry date on the date received
- The wrong product was delivered
You will need to request for a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Beyond 14 days, we will not accept any requests for return and exchange. When we receive the item back in the original packaging, a replacement will be sent. All shipping costs incurred will be covered by us.
